When your destination country is the U.S., you can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

STANDARD DELIVERY:

Standard Free Shipping: Orders Over 29USD

Standard delivery is free for orders 29USD. The discount applies automatically at the checkout. (Some countries cannot be delivered through standard transportation channels and can only be shipped through commercial express. This requires additional charges. The specific situation will be determined at checkout.)

During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.

EXPRESS DELIVERY:

Express delivery time 7-20 business days

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

You will also be able to track your order in your account.

TAX AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

EU Countries:

For all orders shipped to European Union (EU) countries and Canada India, we use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means that the prices you see on our website already include any applicable import duties or taxes due in your country. No additional duties or taxes will be charged on delivery.

By including the duty paid, we will clear customs on your behalf and cover the cost of any import taxes in your EU country. The price you see is the full amount you will have to pay.

Non-EU Countries:

We use DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms for orders shipped to countries outside the EU. Under DDU terms, the prices of products shown on our website do not include any local and import taxes at destination.

It is your responsibility as the customer to pay any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees or clearance charges directly to the local customs office prior to receipt of the goods. The freight courier or postal service will assist in collecting taxes and duties as required.

In non-EU countries, we will provide all appropriate documentation required for accurate customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely, so if you have any questions about taxes and fees in your country, please check with your local customs office.

Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes for the location that you’re shipping to.
